Can I install more sensors later?
Yes, however the maximum number of sensors will be dependent on which ConnectedBoat package you have. Package 1 will allow a maximum of 3 sensors and package 2 will allow a maximum of 7.
Do you offer a product guarantee?
Yes, we offer a standard 2-year guarantee.
Can all the functionalities be controlled from the app?
Yes, the Mobile app is mainly for viewing and interacting with notifications that will keep you up to date with the day to day running of your boat. The Web app is for editing and more advanced settings and configurations.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, find the ‘’Forgot Password?’’ button in our app just below the login section. An email will be sent to the same address as your login with a new password.
Does connectedBoat require a service plan?
No, the service plan is included in the annual fee and it is covered by ConnectedBoat. There are no additional service fees in the EU.
Does ConnectedBoat have to install my system for me or can I install it myself?
We do offer an installation service which we always recommend. However it is possible to install ConnectedBoat yourself.
Is the system water and salt proof?
Yes, except for the smoke and gas sensors which cannot be made water and salt proof.
Is my boat too big/small to use ConnectedBoat?
ConnectedBoat can be installed and used in any size of boat.
